HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Basin Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
