HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 331 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
