HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit North Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
