HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
