HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
