HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Field Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
