HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Fernwood Ivory Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
