HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Minneapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
