HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Pine Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
