HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Union Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
