HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Summit Willow Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 479 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
