HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood West Care Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
