HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Milwaukee with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
