HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
