HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
