HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Meridian Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
