HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Clear Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
