HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
