HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
