HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
