HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Milwaukee. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 252 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
