HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Fox Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
