HR Business Partner - employee relations (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Ivory Arts Center is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
