HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
