HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cross Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
