HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Nova Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Miami serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 627 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
