HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
