HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
