HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
