HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Bridge Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
