HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
