HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Miami, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
