HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
