HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Meadow Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
