Stonegate Orchard Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
