HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 398 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
