HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Nova Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Memphis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
