HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Beacon Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR.
