HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Maple Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Madison, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
