HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

Bright Thistle Medical is a Madison company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
