HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Madison. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
