HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
