HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Madison. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
