HR Business Partner - employee relations (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Summit Press produces print and digital publications in Madison, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Madison. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
