HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Summit Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
