HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wren Energy Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
