HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
