HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Amberfield Pike Community Partners runs community programmes across Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
