HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
