HR Business Partner - employee relations (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Keystone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
